Doesn’t have to be a celebrity but ‘talent’ needs to be just that… ‘Talented’ and hold lots of potential either as a host for a format show or a character to build a series around.
Access – Do you have exclusive access to a rescue station, police precinct or anywhere else the public doesn’t necessarily have access to? This is of value!
